Packages

a) Package one:
  - Duration: Two weeks
  - Cost: USD $6,000*
  - Scope of work: We will conduct a complete study on the existing sales and marketing process
    and will work on implementing an improvement plan that covers:
    1) Restructuring of all marketing systems, sales and promotions
    2) Streamline the set up of sales contracts
    3) Short term pricing strategy.
    4) Coverage of all market segments and sales team activities
    5) Implementation of updated best practices.
    6) Market and Competition analysis and bench marking.
    7) Assist in setting up of new market communications and social media programs.

b) Package two:
  - Duration: Four weeks
  - Cost: USD $10,000*.
  - Scope of work: Will include all tasks in package one plus the following:
    1) Finalize 2014 annual budget and marketing plan.
    2) Long term pricing strategy
    3) Retention management program
    4) In house communications and up selling
    5) Revenue management and reservation efficiency
    6) Selling techniques for all revenue producing departments.
    7) Training of key hotel personnel on sales, marketing and promotions.
    8) Training the front office and supporting departments on integrated marketing and communication.
